I is for Identity Confusion - Know that everyone will love you no matter who you really are.
J is for Juvenile Delinquency - Kids who get into too much trouble find it hard to go far.
K is for Klazomania - Shouting the wrong words at the wrong times in the wrong location.
L is for Language Disorder - Trouble with speaking or reading, a lack of communication.
M is for Medication - Many people take them for their conditions, don’t ever feel ashamed.
N is for Neurotic - Feeling nervous, negative or shy can be blamed.
O is for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) - You need things just how you like them, but in an extreme way.
P is for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) - The after effects of a serious/scary experience can still be felt every day.
Q is for Quality of Care - The help you need varies by person, and it can be hard to tell.
R is for Recovery - It takes time and hard work to get to feel well.
S is for Schizophrenia - When you think and see things that just aren’t there.
T is for Therapy - Talking to a professional about feelings, it’s your mental health care.
U is for Understanding - Everyone around you keeps on caring.
V is for Variable - To help figure out which emotional causes are bearing.
W is for Waking Dream - While falling asleep you think your thoughts are real.
X is for Xenorexia - Eating things that are not food instead of a meal.
Y is for Youth Counseling - A way for kids to reach a stable place that feels good.
Z is for Zetgeist - The feeling of a population during a time in history, its general mood.
